Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Residential Master Plumber to join a growing HVAC and plumbing team in Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will hold an active Ohio State Master Plumbing License and have strong experience in residential plumbing services and installations. This role requires a dependable professional with the ability to work independently, ensure quality workmanship, and support residential plumbing operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair work Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations Handle residential service calls and plumbing system installations Collaborate with technicians, installers, and office staff as needed Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates Deliver professional customer service during all client interactions Required Qualifications Active Ohio State Master Plumbing License (Required) Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and regulations Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred Qualifications HVAC industry experience is a plus Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Open to candidates willing to relocate to Ohio Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Opportunity to work with a growing and established team Long-term career growth potential
