You should have:
Strong residential HVAC installation experience. Experience installing and replacing HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HVAC safety requirements and applicable codes. The ability to lead, coach, and mentor less-experienced installers. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and manage a job from start to finish. A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
