Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety equipment. Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) while wearing required PPE. Effective communication in English. Required PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety-toe boots.
