  • Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring system reliability, energy efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, electrical systems, and related mechanical components. Install HVAC equipment and mechanical systems according to manufacturer specifications, blueprints, and project requirements. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to maximize equipment performance, efficiency, and lifespan. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and building automation system controls. Use specialized tools and testing equipment, including multimeters, ohmmeters, gauges, and welding equipment, to diagnose and resolve system issues. Identify and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system malfunctions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company quality requirements. Maintain accurate service documentation, including work performed, recommendations, and parts used. Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships. Qualifications & Requirements Must have 5 years Minimum Documented HVAC experience. Proven experience servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems. Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, ventilation, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and HVAC schematics. Experience troubleshooting electrical and control systems using diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls is preferred. Working knowledge of boilers, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment. Construction, facilities maintenance, or property maintenance experience is a plus. Welding, plumbing, and appliance repair experience are highly desirable. EPA Certification for refrigerant handling is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Our Team?
