We are looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. In this role, you will safely install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all work meets company standards and applicable local, state, and national codes. A company vehicle is provided for work performed at customer locations.

Position Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and perform start-ups of HVAC equipment. Service tankless water heaters, boilers, standard water heaters, and related equipment. Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Complete ServiceTitan work orders accurately and on time. Maintain quality workmanship in accordance with company standards and all applicable codes. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work independently or as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, boilers, and standard water heaters. Proficient in piping, brazing, and threading. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Technical school certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. EPA Certification strongly preferred; NATE Certification is a plus. Ability to use ServiceTitan or similar field service software. Must supply basic hand tools. Professional appearance and commitment to excellent customer service. Reliable, accountable, and dependable with excellent attendance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as business needs require.

Physical Requirements:

Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds. Climb ladders and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. Perform physical work in varying weather and job site conditions.
