About Old Souls Farms Old Souls Farm is a growing food processing and packaging company based in St. Paris, Ohio. With a team of over 250 employees, we take pride in hard work, reliability, and creating opportunities for people who want to build something meaningful together. We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Old Souls Farm. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable professional with experience in HVAC systems. You should have a problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, and refrigeration systems. Inspect and test HVAC systems and components for any problems. Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system longevity. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Record HVAC maintenance and repair work performed and keep a record of the type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Working knowledge of boiler systems. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to work i n confined spaces. Valid driver's license. High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will b e a plus.
