We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. Position Summary The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including: Rooftop units (RTUs) Split systems Heat pumps Boilers Chillers Cooling towers VAV systems Building controls This position works directly with customers to identify solutions, perform repairs, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions. Complete service documentation using company-provided mobile devices. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience. EPA/CFC Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Experience with chillers, boilers, and controls is a plus.
