Job Description
Oklahoma Climate Solutions is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of providing customers with a professional installation experience. We specialize in residential HVAC installations, replacements, change-outs, and new construction projects throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Pay:
$22 - $40 per hour (based on experience)What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
- Complete residential HVAC installations, replacements, and system change-outs
- Install HVAC equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Perform equipment setup, connections, start-ups, and system testing
- Install and connect HVAC components including refrigerant lines, ductwork, thermostats, and accessories
- Maintain clean and professional job sites while protecting customer homes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
- Ensure each installation meets quality and safety expectations
- Keep tools and work areas organized
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience with HVAC replacements, change-outs, and new construction installations
- Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Ability to use common HVAC hand tools and power tools
