Job Description

We do this by providing the right equipment for the right application, setting it up to maximize both comfort and efficiency, making sure everything is operating the way it's supposed to, and servicing all major HVAC equipment and controls. This is how we create Customers for Life! The Controls Specialist will install, service, or repair HVAC Controls systems in commercial establishments. Duties and Responsibilities Install controls components at the highest quality Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Organize work and meet deadlines Work individually or as a team to complete projects Communicate facility needs with customers and engineering team/PM Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirement 5+ years' Electrical and/or HVAC controls/installations/service experience Exceptional customer relations and communication skills Understanding of Building Automation Software (BAS) Ability to learn and operate multiple types of BAS software Hi-Level understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Must be Detail oriented

- Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one's conduct Additional preferred skills Niagara N4 certification Basic understanding of Niagara software and programming Siemens BAS experience This is a Safety Sensitive position.
