We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, efficient, and professional solutions to our customers' comfort needs. Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Journeyman Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy optimal indoor comfort through precise installation and service. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ductwork in residential and commercial settings Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate system installation Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC/R equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment Conduct system testing to verify proper operation and efficiency after installation or repair Diagnose mechanical issues related to plumbing, refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration systems, and property maintenance needs Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools, materials, or equipment to job sites Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including service reports and system specifications Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Journeyman Installer or in a similar field service role with construction background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and appliance repair Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately Experience with field service operations including troubleshooting and equipment repair Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R technology is a plus Skilled in welding, maintenance procedures, and property upkeep tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL or driver certification is advantageous Familiarity with ohmmeters for electrical testing; experience with mechanical tools such as wrenches and pipe cutters Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in heating and cooling solutions!
