Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction experience or previous exposure to mechanical or building trades is highly desirable. Service technician experience or hands-on work with HVAC/R systems will give you a strong advantage. Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration principles, and HVAC design concepts is preferred. Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, boiler operation, or appliance repair enhances your capability in this role. Mechanical knowledge related to mechanical systems repair or property maintenance is beneficial. Certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling are required; additional certifications like welding or ammonia refrigeration are a plus. Experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters or field service equipment supports effective troubleshooting skills.
