Job Description

This position involves hands-on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The work environment can vary, including both climate-controlled office settings and outdoor locations in various weather conditions. The role requires physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, and exposure to sharp, hot, and/or cold equipment. Safety is a top priority, and the employee must adhere to all safety procedures and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. The position may also require working outside of normal hours in the event of emergencies.
NOTE:
This position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
  • High School Diploma and five (5) years of HVAC experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Working knowledge of power tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Perform checks and services on all HVAC units, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, changing filters, and inspecting controls.
  • Install and/or modify ductwork as needed.
  • Respond promptly to all HVAC service calls.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance at all assigned locations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other employees as directed.
  • Maintain safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Be available for emergency maintenance and repair outside of normal work hours.
