In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, supervise installers, ensure safety & code compliance, and maintain project schedules and ordering. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams effectively, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to all safety standards. 10+ years experience in the trade. Duties We are looking for an experienced

Commercial Journeyman:

HVAC Construction Forman (With Journeyman License and Residential/Commercial experience)

• Proficient in Reading Construction Plans and Mechanical Prints for residential, multifamily and commercial jobs.
• Order Material & Equipment
• Completing Takeoffs and sizing ductwork
• Attend subcontract meetings, lead and direct installers, suggest improvements to mechanical plans and/or cost savings
• Knowledgeable in installing, servicing and repairing HVAC equipment
• Handle warranty service issues when needed and complete startup on units
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or oversight
• Experience in HVAC Startup
• Deliver material in a trailer (when needed)
• Able to climb ladders, attics, spaces to complete work.
• Must be able to efficiently follow directions
• Be able to drive safely with a Valid Driver's License (WE
