Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installation Technicians for projects located in or around Grants Pass, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini-split systems Performing equipment replacements and new system installations Installing and modifying ductwork and ventilation systems Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes and company standards Testing and verifying proper system operation upon completion Maintaining accurate job documentation Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between job sites Provide professional customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass DMV record check, background check, and pre-employment drug screen Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
