What You'll Do Hybrid role supporting both HVAC service and installation. Service Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Explain problems and solutions clearly to customers Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Ensure clean and professional work areas in customers' homes Verify repairs to reduce callbacks Installation Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units Assist with system replacements and new installations Follow installation standards and safety guidelines Test systems after installation to ensure proper performance Maintain tools and equipment used for installations General Responsibilities Keep your company vehicle organized and professional Represent the company with professionalism and respect Work closely with team members and management What We Offer Competitive pay structure Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K plan in the near future Flexible schedules Company truck and fuel card Tools provided Paid time off Sign On Bonus $5000 total bonus $2,500 after completing 6 months $2,500 after completing 12 months What We're Looking For 1 to 2 years HVAC experience in service and installation Experience in residential HVAC preferred Ability to diagnose and repair systems Ability to assist with or perform HVAC installations Clean background check and drug free Valid driver's license with clean 36 month driving record Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in tight spaces or outdoor conditions Strong customer communication skills Detail focused and committed to quality work Schedule Typical start time: 7 AM Typical end time: 5 PM 8 hour shifts Overtime available Work Location On the road. Residential service and installation throughout the service area. Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
