Duties:

Air Comfort Heating LLC is seeking reliable individuals to assist with residential HVAC installation and service work. Candidates may be experienced or have basic mechanical/technical skills with interest in learning the HVAC trade. Training is provided for motivated applicants.

Primary Duties:

Assist with installation of residential heating and cooling equipment (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps). Support lead technician with jobsite preparation, material handling, and equipment setup. Perform basic tasks such as measuring, drilling, fastening, and assembling components. Help load/unload tools, parts, and equipment. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company standards. Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders. Basic mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or related trades. Willingness to learn HVAC systems and tools. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with HVAC installation or service. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
