Overtime may be required to meet business needs during peak seasons. Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided vehicle (where applicable) Company-provided uniforms Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Employee assistance program Stable, year-round work with a respected local company What You'll Do Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components Troubleshoot equipment during installation, startup, and operation Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in residential homes Ensure thermostats are installed, programmed, and connected properly Load and verify all materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job Complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition Follow all company safety policies and training requirements Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company events Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For 5+ years Residential HVAC installation experience required Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Ability to read and understand installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
