HVAC Technician -
Multifamily & New Construction Location:
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and surrounding Mid-Atlantic states
Salary:
$70,000-$90,000+, depending on experience and qualifications

Full-time About the Role Our client is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for new-construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates should have experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and large-scale residential developments. Our client is looking for dependable technicians who can complete installations accurately, safely and efficiently while working as part of a professional project team. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate systems and related components. Complete equipment start-up, testing, balancing support and commissioning activities. Read and work from mechanical drawings, specifications and manufacturer instructions. Diagnose and resolve installation or performance issues. Coordinate with project supervisors, general contractors and other trades. Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity. Requirements Previous HVAC experience on multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and installation practices. EPA Section 608 certification preferred. Ability to read mechanical plans and complete work with limited supervision. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between regional projects.
