As a key member of our Residential Install division, we are seeking an individual who possesses considerable experience in Residential HVAC Installs and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while upholding the highest standards of quality work. What You Will Do:
Be an experienced, diligent, knowledgeable, Installation Technician who installs Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, knowing the importance of doing a project correctly the first time. Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to show us what you know about all sorts of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between. Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed. Provide guidance and share the knowledge you spent your career learning with HVAC helpers who are just getting started in the trade. 8 + years of residential HVAC installation experience. Boiler installation experience is highly preferred. An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required. A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work. Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade. Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal! Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
