  • Posted on May 29, 2026 Published By Catrina Reed Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Hydraulic Installation Technician to install, test, and maintain hydraulic systems in industrial environments. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential in Bethlehem, PA. Responsibilities
  • Install and assemble hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, hoses, cylinders)
  • Test systems (pressure/flow) and troubleshoot issues
  • Repair and maintain hydraulic equipment
  • Read schematics and blueprints
  • Maintain service records and follow safety standards
  • Communicate with team and customers on system performance What We Offer
  • Pay range: $20
  • 24/hour DOE
  • 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
  • Overtime opportunity on Fridays/Saturdays

  • High school diploma or GED (technical training a plus)
  • Experience with hydraulic systems (installation/repair)
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
