We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned HVAC professional who can independently lead installations, maintain high quality standards, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

Leading residential and light-commercial HVAC installation projects Reviewing plans and specifications prior to installation Installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation equipment, ductwork, refrigeration components, and related systems Installing and connecting HVAC controls, wiring, piping, and related accessories Ensuring installations comply with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes Performing equipment startup, testing, and system verification Maintaining accurate job documentation and project paperwork Communicating effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members Upholding a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Providing guidance and mentorship to less-experienced installers when needed Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess: Minimum 7 years of HVAC installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and plumbing connections Ability to read blueprints, plans, and installation drawings EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred Previous service experience is a plus Valid Pennsylvania driver's license High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Personal hand tools appropriate for the trade Strong customer service and communication skills Benefits After a 90-day introductory period, employees are eligible for: Company-subsidized medical insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution Voluntary dental and vision insurance Paid Time Off (increases with tenure) Company-paid short-term disability insurance Company-paid life insurance Six paid holidays per year Paid parental leave AFLAC voluntary insurance options Discounted LifeLock identity protection program After one year of employment: 401(k) retirement plan participation Why Join Tuckey?
