You will play a key role in ensuring our clients enjoy reliable indoor climate control while providing transparent, high-quality service that builds long-term trust. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing on residential HVAC systems to identify mechanical or electrical malfunctions. Execute precise repairs and component replacements to restore system efficiency and performance. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent future service interruptions. Educate homeowners on system health, offering clear, honest recommendations for repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate digital records of all service visits, parts used, and work completed. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure environment for yourself and the customer. Continuously refine technical expertise by staying current with evolving HVAC technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and repair. Current EPA Certification for refrigerant handling. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues independently. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Skills Experience with various residential HVAC equipment brands and control systems. Demonstrated ability to manage a rotating on-call schedule effectively. Strong organizational skills for managing service documentation and inventory.
