Hankin Group has an excellent opportunity for an HVAC Manager - Commercial. Responsible for providing general HVAC service, maintenance, and repair to all of Hankin Group's HVAC systems in our commercial portfolio. The person in this position coordinates the schedule for the department.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Supervises the HVAC Service Technicians. Coordinates the schedule for the department. Diagnose, repair, and maintain existing HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTU systems. Install and replace pumps, pneumatic valves, electric valves, WSHP's, ERU's and RTU's. Good knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy management software. Performs preventative maintenance checks on all major mechanical equipment; diagnoses equipment malfunctions and operating efficiency of mechanical equipment. Coordinates projects with outside contractors. Orders and secures materials for jobs as needed. Complies with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices. Complete all required paperwork, time entry and systems requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Conducts performance evaluations, coach and provide guidance to HVAC Technicians. Supervise and train HVAC Technicians. Analyses and suggests process improvements for department.
Required Experience and Skills:
School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred. 8 - 10 or more years' related experience. CFC Certification Required. Boiler, Chiller and Cooling Tower experience necessary.
