Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional service in the commercial HVAC sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of HVAC systems for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not functioning and replace defective parts.
Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues for our customers.
Act as a trusted adviser, recommending appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers.
Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs and upgrades.
Build strong customer relationships and gain understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Perform related work as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred 6 years of experience specific to the HVAC industry.
Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
Possession of basic hand tools.
Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift, and move heavy objects.
Ability to work on-call.
Knowledge of the following systems:
Roof top units
Cooling towers
Chillers
Heat Pumps
Air conditioners
Hydronic systems
Geothermal units
Gas furnaces and gas boilers
Oil furnaces and oil boilers
