Duties/Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately diagnose problems with standard residential heating and cooling equipment such as heat pumps, gas or propane furnaces, central air conditioning systems, ductless heat pumps, and boilers Communicate to and educate our customers about their equipment and any issues or findings in a way the customer can understand Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems Make recommendations with our customers while in the field for new/replacement equipment Perform installs of new equipment Service heating and cooling systems and equipment, includes emergency repair requests Account for daily activities including travel time, time on and off the job, etc using our field management software Detail all appointment and diagnoses notes in our field management software Take payment for services in the field
Minimum & Physical Requirements:
Current and valid Driver's License with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from Harrisburg office location Ability to drive commercial vehicles such as a work van and/or box truck Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Background in HVAC or construction industry (preferred) Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work in all weather conditions - inside and outside - year round
