Job Description
Job Overview All Seasons Heating Cooling and Commercial Refrigeration has an opening for a
FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED
(2 YEARS MINIMUM) HVAC installer. We are a locally owned company dedicated to providing quality workmanship and exceptional customer service throughout Westmoreland County and surrounding area.s. Responsibilities- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment
- Install refrigeration lines, ductwork, venting, gas piping, drain lines, and electrical connections.
- Read and interpret blue prints, wiring designs, and manufacturer specs.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes and manufacturer requirements
- Start up, test, and verify proper system operation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and co-workers
- Complete installation paperwork accurately
- Follow EPA and other safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two (2) years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification
REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 or more pounds
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Professional appearance / Positive attitide
- Excellent Customer service skills
