Job Description

HVAC Maintenance Technician for Long-Term Care, 10-days per/pay, 80 hours per/pay, 10am - 6pm, weekend & holiday rotation
Job Summary:
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems throughout our retirement community campus. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality service while supporting general maintenance operations throughout the community. HVAC Certification Experience:
2 years in HVAC/refrigeration maintenance, repair, installation at a long-term care facility, apartment buildings, OR 4-year Vo-Tech training + 6 months experience; OR equivalent combination. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Valid driver's license.
