Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join our team at Robertson Fuel Oil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating (specifically oil heat), ventilation and air conditioning systems. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing installations and routine maintenance. The Lead Technician will also be responsible for providing estimates and bids to customers . This position requires excellent customer service while working independently in the field. If you are stuck in your current role with no room for growth or advancement this is an excellent opportunity. Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices within the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have a positive attitude, be motivated, hard-working, and resourceful. Other
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for extended weekend/evening hours during rotating on call periods. Uniforms are provided.
