This is a field-based role supporting both residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation work. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level technician who brings strong troubleshooting skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working directly with customers. The team operates in a straightforward, no-frills environment with consistent work, strong tenure, and a focus on doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, boilers, AHUs, and related equipment Install complete HVAC systems, including ductwork, controls, refrigerant lines, and thermostats in accordance with codes and manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues to identify and resolve root causes Perform preventative maintenance (filters, belts, coils, refrigerant checks, system performance validation) Maintain accurate service records and documentation in compliance with EPA standards Follow OSHA safety standards, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe equipment usage Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff while representing the company on-site

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day:

Mix of service calls, installs, and preventative maintenance work Field-based work across residential and light commercial environments Independent work with strong team support when needed Direct customer interaction requiring professionalism and clear communication

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience (residential and/or commercial) EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (required) Strong understanding of: Refrigeration principles Electrical systems and schematics HVAC controls and airflow diagnostics Hydronic systems (preferred exposure) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and operate in various environments

Preferred Qualifications:

NATE Certification Experience with RTUs, heat pumps, VRF systems, and/or boilers Exposure to plumbing, pipefitting, or ductwork fabrication Background in both residential and light commercial systems
