Job Summary We are growing again and seeking highly skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-tier service by leading installation projects with precision and efficiency. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members, troubleshoot complex systems, and uphold safety standards to deliver exceptional results every time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical prowess and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schematics and safety protocols Install and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioning units, gas & oil furnaces, boilers, unit heaters, electric air handlers, heat pumps, mini-splits and commercial packaged units. Install and fabricate residential and commercial ductwork. Maintain safe and organized job sites. Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians while maintaining a high level of team productivity. Skills Extensive experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning). Proven field service expertise Knowledge of boiler systems Requirements HVAC installation experience required Ability to lift 50 lbs and team-lift heavier equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable and punctual Willingness to work overtime Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Background check Join us as an HVAC Lead Installer if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service through technical expertise and leadership.
