In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to property maintenance and service excellence. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. Troubleshoot mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other diagnostic devices. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant recharge and ammonia refrigeration handling. Repair appliances and mechanical components associated with HVAC/R systems while ensuring safety standards are met. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed. Requirements Minimum three years on the job experience is required. Certifications in HVAC/R technology are required. Ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry standards.
