Aerotek is hiring multiple direct hire HVAC Technician roles! $28-$40/HR Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. You will work on commercial HVAC systems, with duties ranging from installation to troubleshooting and repair, all while interacting with clients and subcontractors. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a choice of start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, working Monday through Friday with optional overtime. Responsibilities Install and service commercial HVAC systems at existing client sites. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with HVAC systems and building automation systems. Efficiently repair HVAC issues. Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects. Interact with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience, preferably in commercial settings. Proficient in diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment. Mastery of electron theory, understanding of AC and DC currents, single-phase and three-phase circuits, series and parallel circuits. Experience with commercial rooftop units, boilers, chillers. Experience with building automation systems (BAS). Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping. EPA Universal Certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable facing clients and servicing client sites. OSHA Certified. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a hands-on, active environment both indoors and outdoors. Work will be performed in commercial, residential, or light industrial settings, either independently or as part of a team.
