HVAC Service Technician / Lead Installer Oakdale, PA 15071

Service Technician:

$30 to $42 per hour, plus up to 10% commission.

Lead Install:

$28 to $35 per hour, plus up to 10% commission. All field positions carry commission potential.

HVAC Service Technician:

diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor-air-quality equipment, controls, airflow, electrical, combustion, and refrigerant issues

HVAC Lead Installer:

lead residential changeouts and system installations, direct helpers, verify startup and commissioning, protect the customer's home, and deliver a clean, code-compliant finished job Cross-trained professional: bring HVAC plus plumbing and/or electrical ability. We value versatile technicians and provide room to expand your skills and responsibility Read this before applying Service applicants must have at least 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience, including real diagnostic and repair work. Maintenance-only or installation-only experience does not qualify someone for the service track Lead Installer applicants must have at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience and be able to run an installation, direct the crew, solve field problems, complete startup and commissioning, and take responsibility for the final result A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements Compensation and benefits

Service:

Pay:
