  • $40 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications EPA Refrigeration Certification Maintenance EPA Type II Driver's License Residential building maintenance experience EPA 608 Technician Certification EPA Universal Certification Electrical maintenance Full Job Description Chevron Realty Management is looking for a senior-level Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to handle the most technical repairs across our Philadelphia residential portfolio.
This role is for an experienced tech who can diagnose and fix the problems others escalate: HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing, in occupied apartments and turnover units. You will work with our maintenance supervisor and a team of technicians, taking the complex work orders and setting the standard for quality. What you'll do:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems: heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and central air
  • Handle complex electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Take larger repair and unit-turnover projects from diagnosis to completion
  • Complete work orders and keep accurate records in AppFolio
  • Perform preventative maintenance across building systems
  • Guide junior techs on technical repairs when needed What you bring:
  • EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
  • required
  • NATE certification a plus
  • 5+ years of property maintenance experience with a strong HVAC focus
  • Solid working knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (travel between properties is part of the job)
  • Able to diagnose problems on your own and carry repairs through to done
