Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee and perform system installations and service calls. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in the field, and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork Perform service calls, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installers on job sites Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, solutions, and recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Manage job materials, tools, and ensure clean, safe work environment Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience (installation and service required) EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team and work independently Knowledge of residential and light commercial systems Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification Experience with duct design and airflow balancing Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC controls Compensation & Benefits $ Based on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities (time-and-a-half) Company vehicle Health benefits (Health, Vision, and Dental) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Join Us? Pay:
From $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
