HEATING SYSTEMS MANAGER
State College, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22599268 Summary State College, PA In-Person $57470.00 - $57470.00 per Year 2 Years Experience No formal schooling No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Monitoring and inspecting of large central hot water heating and boiler equipment systems in high rise apartment buildings, offices and commercial space; installing and repairing heating systems, hot-air furnaces, and heating stoves; studying blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating and cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components; discussing heating and cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems and to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions; connect heating and air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit; ensure that all heating systems for our off-campus student apartment buildings in downtown State College, PA, are in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations; perform his job according to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area. Salary $57,470 per year.
