Job Description
Overview We are seeking skilled HVAC Technician(s) for an HVAC co. HQ'd in State College, servicing the area within 50 mile radius to State College. $25-$40 per hour. Must be EPA certified. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across various properties. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, including experience with plumbing, appliance repair, and equipment troubleshooting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to property maintenance and system optimization. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Diagnose issues with mechanical components such as compressors, fans, pumps, and valves; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems and property maintenance needs. Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
