•Sign on Bonus up to $10,000 •H&H Heating and Air Conditioning, a trusted residential HVAC company serving the Delaware County area, is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. About the Role As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing residential installation projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing jobsite workflow, ensuring high‑quality installations, mentoring junior installers, and maintaining strong communication with customers and team members. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys leadership, and values a company culture built on respect, growth, and teamwork. Responsibilities Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Qualifications 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of residential equipment and installation best practices EPA certification Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Valid driver's license and clean driving record 21+ years old Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, or confined spaces as needed What H&H Offers Competitive pay based on experience Performance incentives Company vehicle, tools, and technology provided Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, team‑focused environment where your experience is valued Join a Company That Puts People First If you're a skilled HVAC installer looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and customer care, we'd love to meet you.
