Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Building Technician to support one of our teams by performing operating and Maintenance tasks for one or more assigned properties. This person is essentially the onsite facilities maintenance expert who handles HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs for buildings.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Two to three years of successful experience in commercial or institutional buildings with complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of a building trades curriculum at a recognized technical school is desirable.
  • Possess valid state-issued driver's license needed to travel to adjacent properties or to respond to after-hours trouble call.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • WebCTRl Building Automation System.
  • Central Plant Experience
  • Rooftop HVAC Units
  • VAV Systems
  • SMA r SMT Certification Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
