As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team. If you're a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, leading by example, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Supervise, train, and mentor junior installers and apprentices Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- 21 yrs old + per company policy Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions Why Join Christian Home Services?
