Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and refrigeration. This role requires the ability to work independently in the field. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal indoor climate conditions for our clients. Responsibilities Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure efficient operation. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems within HVAC units. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during service calls. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided. Collaborate with other technicians and field service staff to complete larger projects effectively. Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during all installations and repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or field service. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. Familiarity with refrigerate systems and air conditioning units is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for service calls. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant certifications in HVAC technology or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. $32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
