Grant Mechanical of Traverse City, Michigan, is growing! We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to service and install HVAC equipment in both residential and commercial applications. Position Summary:
Work involves performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers and humidifiers, RTUs, remote condensing units, retro installs, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience with current HVAC equipment, including light commercial Hold a valid driver license. Maintain an insurable driving record. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Able to communicate with customers. Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces & in all types of weather.
