Competitive pay:
$30-$42/hour + bonuses ($70,000 to $100,000 plus total compensation based on performance with no cap on bonus), hourly wage paid weekly with bonuses paid monthly.
Flexible schedules:
4-day or 5-day workweek.

Requirements:
5+ years HVAC service experience (geothermal and boiler experience a plus). Journeyman License and EPA Certification. Strong troubleshooting, piping, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean record. How to
