Our workload continues to grow, and we are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and help us keep up with our expanding schedule. We are looking for someone who already has solid HVAC experience and is comfortable working independently. This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate should be able to diagnose, service, repair, and install a variety of residential HVAC equipment. Responsibilities Service, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems Install and service boilers and hydronic heating systems Install and service hot water tanks Install and service central air conditioning systems Install and service ductless mini-split and heat pump systems Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment Perform equipment replacements and new installations Complete startup and testing of newly installed systems Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repairs when necessary Maintain a clean and professional work area Work independently while also being a dependable part of our team What We're Looking For Previous professional HVAC experience is required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with both HVAC service and installation Knowledge of boilers, hot water systems, central air, heat pumps, and mini-splits Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional attitude and good communication skills Dependable and willing to take pride in the quality of your work Rhode Island HVAC licenses/certifications are a plus Why Join Briden Mechanical?
