In this role, you'll be the expert our clients rely on — diagnosing problems quickly, performing quality repairs, and keeping commercial and residential systems running at peak performance. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations. Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role. Proficiency with VRF Systems and light commercial work. EPA 608 certification. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
NATE certification or equivalent. Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
Up to $50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off and holidays. Ongoing professional training and certification support.
Pay Range:
$25-$50 / Hour
