Upstate South Carolina (Greenville/Greer area)Pay:
$80,000- 120,000 per year ($60/hr billable rate) + $6,000
Sign-On Bonus Employment Type:

We believe in doing the job right the first time — and making sure our people love where they work. ■ Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in their work, values honesty and professionalism, and wants to grow with a company that truly invests in its people. ■ Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and customers
- Recommend maintenance and system improvements where needed
- Accurately document services performed and parts used
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and jobsite
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards ■ Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic ■ Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000
- 120,000/year potential (based on experience and billable hours)
