Your Role As an Install Coordinator at Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire, you'll oversee the entire installation process from the moment a sale is made to final warranty registration. You'll ensure the right details, people, and approvals come together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Coordination:

Set up and follow up on sales leads from customers and Home Comfort Designers. Support the sales team by organizing appointments and tracking customer follow-ups.

Scheduling and Project Management:

Oversee and maintain the daily schedule for Home Comfort Designers. Book all sold installations promptly and efficiently. Coordinate between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless transitions.

Permitting and Compliance:

Pull necessary permits from city offices for all scheduled installations. Track, finalize, and close out permits after project completion.

Warranty and Equipment Registration:

Register installed equipment and warranties accurately with manufacturers. Maintain documentation and system records to ensure all installs are properly registered and compliant.
