Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a driven, skilled professional to join our residential team as an HVAC Installation Team Lead. Responsibilities Lead a crew on residential HVAC replacement and installation projects Set the standard for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Mentor apprentices and junior techs, sharing your skills and experience Work closely with dispatch and service directors to keep projects on track Complete all required paperwork, system checks, and follow-ups with precision Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (leadership or crew lead experience preferred) Strong technical knowledge; ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot Humble, hungry, and smart; enjoys teaching and holding a team accountable EPA certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record
