Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical system services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable operation of their building systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment Install new HVAC systems and mechanical equipment following design specifications and safety standards. Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify issues with electrical components within HVAC/R systems and execute effective repairs. Utilize hand tools and mechanical skills to repair or replace faulty parts in complex mechanical systems. Read schematics and HVAC design documents to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with the work completed. Support property maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall functionality of building systems.
Diagnostics:
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to locate malfunctions.
Maintenance:
Perform routine tune-ups to boost efficiency and equipment lifespan.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing issues.
Compliance:
Adhere strictly to safety standards and EPA refrigerant regulations.
Documentation:
Document all service work performed and maintain accurate records.
Customer Service:
Explain technical issues clearly to clients. Equipment sales as needed. Positive attitude. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or with a strong background in HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and controls. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
