Dickson, TN Join the Team at Clarks Heating & Cooling! Clarks Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Dickson, TN. What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and ductwork. Replace existing HVAC equipment while following manufacturer specifications and local codes. Complete start-up, testing, and system commissioning to ensure proper operation. Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of their new equipment. Maintain accurate installation paperwork and job documentation. Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with installers, service technicians, and office staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred. EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly). Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and sheet metal/ductwork. Ability to read installation diagrams and wiring schematics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
